How do I deposit?

To deposit, click the «+» button in the top right after logging in.
On the deposit page, enter the amount, choose a cryptocurrency and click «Pay». If you prefer another payment method, message us on Telegram.

Money not credited after payment

Funds are usually credited within a few minutes, but sometimes payment processing takes longer. If your balance is not updated within 2 hours, contact support on Telegram and send your payment details.

Can I deposit without cryptocurrency?

Yes. If cryptocurrency is not convenient for you, contact support on Telegram. An agent will tell you which payment methods are available and send the payment details.

How do I open a case?

On the main page pick a case and click it. Then deposit via «Deposit». When you have enough balance, click «Open». You get one random item per open. All possible items are listed at the bottom. Opening cannot be cancelled.

How do multi-cases work?

Select a cell and click it. The price is per open. After the first open you see your prize, then the rest of the cells open automatically.

How do I withdraw a skin to Steam?

Go to your profile and click the yellow withdraw button on the skin. A timer starts; in a few minutes you will receive a Steam trade offer.

Go to your profile and click «Sell» on the skin. The amount is credited to your site balance immediately.

Withdrawal is only to the account used to open cases. You cannot withdraw to another account.

Best item is the most valuable skin you got from cases, contracts or upgrades.

How do I upgrade an item?

On the upgrade page, in «Your inventory» choose a skin to upgrade, or switch to balance mode and set a stake. In «Items» pick the desired result and click «UPGRADE».

How do I create a contract?

Add at least 3 items to the contract.
The system will show the approximate value of the item you will get.
Click «Create contract» and wait for completion.
You can use the skin in any mode or withdraw to Steam.

How do I play Crash?

Open Crash and place a bet with balance or skins before the round starts. Watch the multiplier rise and click «Cash out» before the crash — or set auto-cashout in advance. If you do not cash out before the crash, the bet is lost.

Choose your bet amount and the number of mines, then click «Start». Open safe tiles — the multiplier grows with each one. Cash out with «Cash out» before you hit a mine.

A free aim practice with no bets and no balance spend. Modes: Classic, Reaction, Precision, and Flick with several difficulties. You can train without signing in; to join the leaderboard, log in via Steam and submit your score.
